Hot Stone Massage

Mmmmm. Experience the luxurious warmth of a hot stone massage.

Deep heat from stones heated in a hot water bath, penetrating the tension in your muscles, chasing away the spasms and loosening up knots. The warmth of the hot stones also improves circulation and calms your nervous system. Your therapist will spread a fine grade of Jojoba oil on your body, then use the hot stones to perform the massage, relaxing you with deep heat and comfort.

Hot Stone massage follows the same basic routine and strokes as a Swedish massage, with the stones as the tools for doing the work instead of hands. Your therapist may put hot stones on the table for you to lay on while you are lying on your back. The heat from these stones will start the relaxation on your back muscles while the therapist works on your legs and arms. The hot stones can also be used to do deep tissue work.

Add a touch of Lavender or Citrus essential oil and let yourself get carried away by this warm, soothing, luxuriously relaxing massage.
